Steptoe is excited to host a new seminar program and cocktail reception on Wednesday, April 17 - Thursday, April 18 at the Julia Ideson Building in downtown Houston. Our comprehensive seminar program provides in-depth analyses of the topical issues confronting in-house counsel across multiple industries as well as some specialist topics designed for the energy industry. Among the topics to be covered are energy arbitration and litigation trends; the future of regulatory litigation and Chevron deference; the new Texas business courts; and trends in investigations and enforcement.
