Steptoe Successfully Obtains Judgment from Illinois Court of Appeals

In Pope v. Econ. Fire, we successfully obtained a judgment from the Illinois Court of Appeals holding that a lead exclusion in our client’s insurance contract barred coverage for alleged bodily injury claims arising out of exposure to lead-based paint.
