Victory for Steptoe on Mobile-Phone Rulings

The DC Superior Court ruling on August 24, 2007 dismissed six brain-cancer lawsuits against the mobile-phone industry, potentially removing legal battles that could have cost wireless carriers and manufacturers billions of dollars.  Steptoe represented members of the the wireless industry in this huge victory - the biggest since a 2002 federal court decision tossed out an $800 million brain-cancer lawsuit against wireless companies because of inadequate scientific evidence.
