Legal Recruiting Manager
Responsibilities include management of the On Campus Interview (OCI) process, summer associate program and collection of NALP information. Manage lateral recruiting and all in-house interviews. Supervise legal recruiting data entry and applicant filing systems. Must be organized and personable. Attention to detail, “can do” attitude, flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure are a must. Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and viRecruit (or similar recruiting database) experience desirable. College degree, 7+ years of law firm recruiting experience and knowledge of NALP principles and standards are required.

Marketing Data Steward
Responsibilities include assisting with the overall data management of the firm’s Client Relationship Management system (CRM). This position, as part of the Marketing Communications team, will work with the Marketing team and firm to ensure high levels of data quality, integrity, availability, accuracy, completeness, consistency, and privacy with the CRM data. Given the nature of data change management involved in this role, this position requires exceptional attention to detail, good judgment, and discretion. Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of professional experience and be team player with well-developed and professional interpersonal skills. Other skills include: excellent communication skills, both written and oral; the ability to recognize and analyze problems, and a capacity to make or recommend sound solutions; the ability to work well under pressure; and the ability to organize and prioritize work and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat is required. Knowledge of LexisNexisInterAction or other CRM technology highly desired. BA/BS in Marketing or related discipline is preferred. Equivalent work experience, in lieu of degree, will be considered.

Conflicts Assistant II
Responsibilities include researching and analyzing corporate structure, entering and editing client/matter records in databases used by conflicts department, preparing conflict check reports for attorney review and case-opening, routing business intake documents, communicating with Firm attorneys and staff. Successful candidate must be a detail-oriented problem solver, be able to meet daily deadlines while maintaining excellent organizational and interpersonal communications skills, and be a willing team player. Administrative experience required, conflicts and/or legal admin experience of at least 2 or more years sought. Elite and/or LegalKEY database experience highly desirable. The candidate should have at minimum, an undergraduate college degree. Availability to work overtime and willingness to work a flexible schedule including evening hours.
