Public Relations Coordinator
Responsibilities include assisting with the implementation of various public relations programs that advance the firm’s strategic goals and build name recognition in key practice areas, industries, and markets.  Work in collaboration with the firm’s public relations, business development, and marketing team colleagues.  Support and execute day-to-day PR activities firm wide, such as drafting and posting content for the news and publications sections of the firm’s website, tracking news coverage, maintaining editorial calendars, drafting press releases, source advisories, and nominations, placing by-lined articles, assisting with survey submissions, and managing the firm’s Twitter account.  Strong writing skills with superb attention to detail and the ability to proofread are essential.  Must have excellent time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments, and deliver solid results while working under pressure.  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.  Exhibits good judgment, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion.  Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations or similar discipline required, as well as 2-4 years of professional experience.  Knowledge of AP Stylebook preferred.  Knowledge of legal marketing a plus.

Business Development Coordinator
Responsibilities include providing marketing and business development support for the practices within the firm’s Business Solutions Department, as well as the Government Affairs & Public Policy Group.  This includes drafting proposals and RFP responses; preparing and posting client alerts, announcements and other updates to the website; updating and maintaining practice-specific marketing materials, attorney bios, and website content; preparing key directory ranking submissions; preparing monthly budget reports; assisting with the planning and execution of events; and updating and maintaining internal experience database.  Candidate must possess excellent organizational, attention to detail, and written and oral communication skills.  A bachelor’s degree and two to four years of professional experience, preferably within a law firm, required.

Hardware Analyst
Responsibilities include installing, upgrading, maintaining and troubleshooting desktop workstation and peripheral hardware using standardized procedures.  Training IT staff and end users on usage of hardware.  Tracking hardware and software inventory and developing and generating reports as needed for Firm management. Coordinating with hardware service vendors for repair and maintenance of all desktop workstation hardware and peripherals.  Coordinating with Network Engineers in inventory, maintenance and repairs for network infrastructure and server hardware.  Coordinating all video conferencing setups with all parties both internal and external. Maintain internal video conferencing equipment. Working with outside vendors to improve current systems. Performing routine system and user administration for Firm’s network operating systems, email systems, databases, fax servers and other networked systems and applications. Working with Systems Software Analysts to update workstation images to support various hardware configurations.  Drafting documentation on systems, policies and procedures for usage by technical and non-technical personnel. Impeccable communication and organizational skills: excellence in both written and oral communications whether in person, on the phone, or email; able to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines; able to organize self and work environment for efficiency and ready access to critical information.  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent certification from an accredited technical training school or equivalent (4 years) experience in general MIS/computer support.  Two years of experience in desktop hardware and peripheral support and installation, as well as familiarity for hardware testing methods and software tools.

Project Manager – Information Technology
Responsibilities include managing and facilitating the project management process within the Firm’s IT Department.  Developing and promulgating appropriate artifacts and tools, and education of the members of the Department in the use of those tools. Assume primary responsibility for management of multiple projects within the Department including planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to timelines and budgets. Provide high-level portfolio management incorporating all projects within the Department.  Participate in the annual budgeting process by helping to define charter including required resources for all anticipated projects. Provide insight into and guidance for identifying, prioritizing, authorizing, managing, and controlling multiple projects to achieve specific strategic business objectives (portfolio management). Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charters outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing. Candidates must possess a thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques, tools; outstanding grasp of information technology concepts and processes; excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytic skills.  Bachelor’s Degree required; PMI certification strongly preferred.  Minimum five years of increasingly responsible experience, including experience successfully managing various projects.  Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Conflicts Assistant
Responsibilities include researching and analyzing corporate structure, conducting database and internet searches, actively following up with attorneys on all outstanding questions and other items related to each conflict check, and reviewing new matter and conflict check requests for completeness while identifying issues such as the need for more detailed responses. Successful candidate must be a detail-oriented individual with the strong organizational skills required to identify, research, analyze, and highlight various potential conflicts issues efficiently and accurately in a deadline-driven environment. Administrative experience required, law firm or research experience a plus. Candidate must possess proficient writing and oral communication skills, ability to develop good working relationships with attorneys and staff, and take initiative. Undergraduate degree, at minimum, is required.

Research Librarian/Research Analyst
Responsibilities include conducting legal, corporate and general research for attorneys and staff. The position requires expert  knowledge of both electronic and printed resources; excellent communication skills (written and oral); strong presentation and training skills; and the ability to work independently and as member of a team. An MLS or JD degree and a minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a law firm or corporate setting are also required.

Senior Events Coordinator
Responsibilities include management, planning, and execution of firm-wide events, office events, and practice group events (both internal and external).  This includes webinars, seminars, receptions, special events and programs, including the firm’s participation in trade shows and conferences, and firm-wide retreats.  Key highlights of this position include management, planning, and execution of webinar events including promotion schedule and invitation, dry run and live event, and follow-up and analytics; creating save-the-dates and invitations, as well as coordinating RSVPs using the firm database(s); and also serving as the primary point person for internal events.  Four year degree in Marketing or Communications or related field required.

Benefits Specialist
Responsibilities include administration of attorney and staff FMLA/Disability/WC leave with the ability to understand the laws related to coordination of these benefits as well as to accurately process/audit monthly benefits invoices.  Work with a dynamic benefits team in the coordination of benefits administration, a robust wellness program and benefits-related events.  Four years of directly related experience in professional service organization, preferably a law firm, providing firm-wide support services.  Ability to work independently but also as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment; ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects; attention to detail required; and must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.  College degree a plus.

Network Engineer  
Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and application components in a large Microsoft Windows Server environment with other members of the Network Engineering team.  Execution of new projects through project initiation, architecture, requirements analysis, design, project management and systems integration phases. Developing and implementing solutions to optimize the mail and messaging environment to improve availability, capacity, and scalability. Exchange 2010/2013 experience, must include the management of a multi DAG (Database Availability Group) structure, configuration of Exchange Send/Receive connectors and mail routing topology, administration of an OWA (Outlook Web Access) infrastructure, heavy use of Exchange Powershell commands and support of Outlook 2010 client issues. This role includes a heavy emphasis on supporting the Firm’s messaging applications including Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013, Microsoft Lync 2012, EAS, Mailgate, Mimecast. This position also have responsibilities in the following areas: VMware vSphere 4/5, Smime/PGP Certs, F5 LTM’s, FireEye MPS, MS Forefront,  Working knowledge of: TCP / IP / DNS / DHCP / SIP / TLS, MPLS, and Microsoft Active Directory. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/MIS (preferred) or equivalent certification from an accredited technical training school or equivalent (4 years) experience in general MIS/computer support. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification. (Exchange Preferred).
