Immediate opening for a New Business Intake Conflicts Assistant. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing corporate structure, entering and editing client/matter records in conflicts database, preparing conflict check reports for attorney review and case-opening, routing business intake documents in electronic and hard copy, communicating with Firm attorneys and staff. Successful candidate must be a detail-oriented problem solver, be able to meet daily deadlines while maintaining excellent organizational and interpersonal communications skills, be a willing team player. Administrative experience, conflicts and/or legal admin experience required. Database experience, a plus.  A college degree is required.
