Responsibilities include designing, building and maintaining the support of the network infrastructure. Develop and maintain accurate procedures and documentation, develop detailed project plans. Provide level 2 and 3 support troubleshooting and resolving problems with developers and infrastructure teams. Produce detailed design documentation based on architectural standards. This will include physical and logical designs and configurations including implementation of these configurations. Work with architecture and design teams to ensure accuracy of designs and standards compliance. Maintain internal and customer connectivity to ensure service level agreements are met and take the lead in the resolution of customer issues when required. 5-7 years IT Network experience. Experience with designing, configuring, and supporting Cisco routers (Cisco 2800, 3800, 2900 & 3900 Series Routers) switches (3750, 3850, 4500, Nexus 7009 Series Switches) and firewalls (4551x, 5580, 5530, and 5510 Series ASA’s). Routing technologies (VRRP,HSRP, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF) including VRF. Knowledge and experience with design, deploy, and support of Cisco Unified Communications Manager 8.x and above. Experience in implementing and troubleshooting Cisco Voice Gateways. Experience in wireless technologies such as WPA2, 802.1X, RADIUS, PKI, VPN, IPsec, DHCP, DNS. Excellent written and verbal communications. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent certification from an accredited technical training school or equivalent (4 years) experience in general MIS/computer support. CCNA required and CCNP, CCVP, CCIE preferred. Experience with Cisco ACS/Prime is a plus.
Install, upgrade, maintain and troubleshoot desktop workstation and peripheral hardware using standardized procedures. Maintain and support all PC’s, laptops, printers and Mobile devices. Evaluate and test new desktop workstation hardware for users. Test, recommend, and assist with integration of software device drivers. Track hardware and software inventory and develop reports as needed. Two years of experience working with desktop hardware and peripheral support and installation. Strong knowledge of video conferencing and associated equipment and experience managing hardware assets.
