Litigation Paralegal
Immediate opening for an experienced litigation paralegal to support busy White Collar group. Responsibilities include maintaining files and databases, organizing information, performing factual research, and assisting attorneys with trial preparation.  Successful candidate will have a minimum of two years and up to nine years of complex or large case litigation experience, and familiarity with litigation support software and/or databases.  Candidate must also be willing to be out of town for extended periods during trials.  Experience in case management, document production, trial preparation, cite-checking and online research a plus.  We are seeking a candidate with strong initiative, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, facility with computer applications and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.  Four-year degree with exceptional academic credentials required; paralegal certificate preferred.

Patent Litigation Paralegal

Palo Alto office of International law firm seeking a full-time entry level paralegal to perform substantive duties in the Intellectual Property area.  Responsibilities will include monitoring developments and assisting attorneys and paralegals by performing routine tasks such as filing court documents; filing, chronologizing, and organizing case files and papers; and maintaining case indices.  Conduct online research and assist with document review in multiple litigation databases.  Provide general support in all phases of the litigation process.  Must have strong technical skills and attention to detail.  Excellent oral and written communication skills.
