OECD Discusses CFC Rules: Today, the OECD held a public consultation to discuss strengthening controlled foreign company (CFC) rules. The Committee on Fiscal Affairs had invited interested parties to comment and discuss a discussion draft of Action 3 of the BEPS Action Plan that was released on April 3, 2015.
