Overview
Law360 quoted Pantelis Michalopoulos in a March 10 article titled “Four Clues From the FCC Chairman on Net Neutrality’s Fate.” The article discusses the top four clues from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Chairman Ajit Pai on net neutrality’s fate. Chairman Pai dissented from the Open Internet Order as a then-minority commissioner.
Mr. Michalopoulos says the chairman's comments and actions so far suggest an incremental approach to the issue and not a “rush to judgment.” Mr. Michalopoulos tells Law360 the question is “how he will be able to reconcile his belief that net neutrality should be still on the books ... with his belief that the classification went too far.”
