Senate Votes on Affordable Care Act Repeal Proposals:After voting 51-50 yesterday evening to begin debating the repeal of the Affordable Care Act, the Senate began to take a series of votes on various proposals. Last night, the Senate voted 43-57 against the Better Care Reconciliation Act. Today, the Senate voted 45-55 against an amendment to repeal major parts of the Affordable Care Act in two years without a replacement. Additional votes are scheduled for this evening, and the process is expected to continue at least through tomorrow.
