Steptoe is actively engaged in representing users of motor carrier services and operators of private motor carrier fleets in contract, commercial, and regulatory matters. 

The firm represents bus carriers and is actively involved in a variety of issues relating to the transportation of passengers by motorcoach, including issues pertaining to the Americans with Disabilities Act, service and pooling arrangements between bus carriers ,and a variety of federal regulatory and legislative matters. 

The firm also handles a variety of recall and other matters involving NHTSA regulation of motor vehicle safety.
