Stewart Baker Appears on LXBN TV to Discuss the Cybersecurity Act

Steptoe partner Stewart Baker, a former assistant secretary at the Department of Homeland Security, appeared on The LexBlog Network (LXBN) TV on August 8 to discuss the Cybersecurity Act of 2012.  Mr. Baker explained why legislation failed in Congress and how that would impact the nation’s critical infrastructure and cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
