ABA Section of Environment Energy and Resources

Steptoe attorney Sara Beth Watson has been selected as a moderator and speaker at the ABA Section of Environment Energy and Resources’ Annual Meeting.  She has been an active member of the private party input on EPA interpretative guidance for the Brownfield legislation which was signed in January 2002.  She was one of only a handful of private practice attorneys at the listening sessions.
