New Insurance Partner

James E. Rodcap III joins the Washington office as partner.  He focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on large insurance coverage disputes.  For more than 25 years, he has developed rich experience in a range of complex civil and white-collar criminal matters.   Mr. Rocap has represented companies and individuals in complex business tort litigation, including claims regarding antitrust violations, fraud, tortious interference with a contract, and breach of contract.
