Steptoe welcomes Harold Fox as partner in the Washington office.  He brings to Steptoe his significant scientific knowledge and his proven ability to protect intellectual property, particularly in the fields of chemistry and biotechnology.  He also provides technical support for federal court and ITC patent litigation.  Dr. Fox’s chemical and biotech practice covers patent prosecution, patent infringement and validity studies, client counseling, and due-diligence investigations in all areas of chemistry, physics, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, medical devices, nanotechnology, and materials science.
