White-Collar Team Wins Acquittal for AOL Client

On February 6, 2007, Steptoe's White-Collar Team, received an acquittal on all charges for client John Tuli, who had been indicted on charges of conspiracy and securities fraud associated with alleged manipulation of financial results by an AOL vendor.

Erik Kitchen, Bruce Bishop, and Suzanne Reider represented Mr. Tuli.
