White-Collar Team Wins Acquittal for AOL Client

On February 6, 2007, Steptoe's White-Collar Team, headed by Mark Hulkower, received an acquittal on all charges for client John Tuli, who had been indicted on charges of conspiracy and securities fraud associated with alleged manipulation of financial results by an AOL vendor.

Mark Hulkower headed the representation of Mr. Tuli, with the assistance of Erik Kitchen, Bruce Bishop, Marc Levin, Rob Moore, and Suzanne Reider.
