14 Steptoe Attorneys Named Southwest Super Lawyers

(June 20, 2007, Phoenix, AZ) – Fourteen attorneys in the Phoenix office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP have been named as 2007 Southwest Super Lawyers.  Three of the 14 were also listed among the Top 50 Attorneys in Arizona.

Steptoe’s 2007 Southwest Super Lawyers include:  Fredric D. Bellamy (intellectual property litigation); Floyd P. Bienstock (insurance coverage and bad faith defense); David J. Bodney (media and constitutional); Wendy G. Briggs (government relations); Francis J. Burke, Jr. (securities litigation and white-collar crime); and, Bennett Evan Cooper (Supreme Court and appellate advocacy).  Other 2007 Super Lawyers are Patrick Derdenger (state, local, and federal taxation); James G.
