Paul Mickey Named to Mediators Panel in Appellate Mediation Program

Paul Mickey has been designated to sit on the panel of mediators in the Appellate Mediation Program of the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit.

Steve Ailes participated in the program in its early days, and John Nolan has served on the panel as well.

Roughly 30% of the appellate cases referred to mediation are resolved consensually.
