ERISA Litigation Practice Receives Top Ranking by Legal US 500

The 2007 edition of Legal 500 US ranked Steptoe in its first tier for ERISA Litigation. The guide is a well-known and respected independent publication that ranks firms both in the continental US and internationally, and placement in the first tier is equivalent to being one of the four top firms in the United States. The full summary from Legal 500 US states that Steptoe is "renowned for its expertise in Title 1 matters, both in terms of its efforts on the litigation side and its benefits advisory practice, and fiduciary-side representations are consequently very much the hallmark of its ERISA litigation group," and recognized Paul Ondrasik as "the defining presence within the team."

Steptoe was also placed in Legal 500's second tier for Employee Benefits.
