Lucinda Low Quoted on Anti-Bribery Issues in The Bottom Line

Lucinda Low was quoted  in  an article titled Law has long arm in bribery cases in the May 2008 issue of The Bottom Line. The article stated: “'The books, records and internal controls provision of the US FCPA is the Achilles heel of official corruption,' says Lucinda Low, a lawyer with Steptoe & Johnson LLP, in Washington, DC. 'Since bribery is a criminal offence, it requires a higher level of evidence including intent and state of mind to prove guilt.'"
