J. Bennett Johnston Speaks at Annual API Meeting

On October 20, 2008, J. Bennett Johnston spoke at the 2008 Annual Meeting of the American Petroleum Institute (API) in Scottsdale, Arizona. He participated in a panel discussion on the current political situation and the upcoming elections in November.
