Kees Kuilwijk Speaks on "Margin Squeeze Abuse in a Regulatory Environment"

On October 28, 2008, Kees Kuilwijk spoke at the 2008 Telecoms Regulation & Competition Law Conference in Brussels. He discussed the Deutsche Telekom Case, reviewing this important European case on abuse of dominance in the telecommunications industry in light of, inter alia, the US Supreme Court's Trinko judgment. His presentation was entitled, "Margin Squeeze Abuse in a Regulatory Environment: The CFI Judgment in Deutsche Telekom and its Doctrinal Implications."
