Lynda Zengerle Quoted in Law 360 article

The January 29, 2009, Law 360 article, “Immigration Issues Employers Should Watch,” discussed the immigration enforcement environment that companies will face under the Obama Administration.

Lynda Zengerle said that, “the enforcement efforts, including on-site raids and employer audits, will focus on going after businesses that employ undocumented workers, rather than after the workers themselves”.
