Export Declaration Regulations: New Penalty Guidelines

Greg McCue will participate in a live teleconference program on Export Declaration Regulations: New Penalty Guidelines sponsored by the Legal Publishing Group of Strafford Publications.  He, along with Ronald I. Meltzer of WilmerHale and Lars-Erik A. Hjelm of Akin Gump, will examine the US Customs and Border Protection regulations, the guidelines, the types of violations that trigger enforcement action, and offer best practices for mitigating penalty liability in the event of a violation.
