Steptoe Brussels Regulatory Environment Group Ranked as Leading Firm by Chambers Europe 2009

Steptoe & Johnson LLP was ranked one of the “leading firms” and Darren Abrahams one of the “leading individuals” in Chambers Europe’s new “Environment: Regulatory” section for 2009. The annual client guide noted that "the breadth of this team's expertise appeals to several sources, who applaud its consistent attempts to evolve and develop in accordance with market trends.” The ranking highlights our work on REACH and life sciences. It also identified clients’ assessment of Darren as an “exceptionally hard-working and diligent individual.” The Environment: Regulatory section has been created to reflect an increased presence of environmental experts based in Brussels primarily for close proximity with the European Commission.
