Lucinda Low will present “The FCPA: Coping with Heightened Enforcement Risk” at the keynote drilling industry conference—IADC Annual General Meeting—on November 10 in Miami. She will provide an overview of the recent expansion of FCPA enforcement and expected enforcement trends going forward (the enforcement authorities' view of the facilitating payments exception, targeting of individuals for enforcement and recent convictions, trends in international cooperation, and others).
