Steptoe Attorney Presents Webcast on IPR Enforcement

On Tuesday, September 22, at 3:00 p.m. EDT, Steptoe attorney, Charles Schill will present a webcast, in association with the US-China Business Council (USCBC), on Section 337 investigations, a legal channel at the US International Trade Commission for stopping importation of products that infringe US patents. Charles will describe the process and provide an update on recent cases involving China. Country representative for China at Rouse & Company, Luke Minford, will discuss changes and updates to the PRC Patent Law, and case studies on how company practices have evolved.
