Jose Ramon Gonzalaz-Magaz Presented at the 4th Annual Colloquium on Competition Law

Jose Ramon Gonzalaz-Magaz participated in a presentation panel on leniency agreements at the 4th Annual Colloquium on Competition Law on October 16, 2009. In his presentation entitled "Programa de Clemencia del Departamento de Justicia (División de Competencia) de EEUU," Mr. Gonzalaz-Magaz examined the various aspects and history of leniency programs in the US, illustrating with highlights from recent cases.
