The Arizona Republic Quotes Peter Kozinets on Evidence Destruction in Racial Profiling Case

Peter Kozinets was quoted in The Arizona Republic in an article titled “Judge Rips Sheriff Arpaio on Lost Profile Case Files.” Mr. Kozinets discussed a federal judge’s recent order addressing the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office’s destruction of evidence in a racial profiling case. He said “The judge clearly recognizes in the order the (Sheriff's Office) had an obligation to preserve other relevant evidence, and it destroyed the evidence.”
