Media Quotes David Bodney on “Libel Tourism”

David Bodney was quoted in two articles on “libel tourism” in Arizona. Mr. Bodney, who represents the owners of The Arizona Republic, supported legislation that would prohibit Arizona courts from recognizing any sort of defamation judgment issued by a court in another nation unless that country had free speech and press protections at least as strong as those in the US and Arizona.
