ABA Elects David Bodney to Governing Committee of Forum on Communications Law

David Bodney was elected to the Governing Committee of the American Bar Association's Forum on Communications Law. His term begins in August and will last two years. The Forum encourages discussion of  issues relating to legal counseling and representation of the print media, the telecommunications industry, and electronic media. Mr. Bodney is a partner in Steptoe & Johnson LLP’s Phoenix office and his practice areas include media and constitutional law, civil litigation, American Indian law, and government affairs. He also serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of the ABA's Communications Lawyer.
