Steptoe Partner Discusses "How to Develop an Ethical Culture"

Lucinda Low of Steptoe's DC office was quoted in an article titled "How to Develop an Ethical Culture" by Security Management Magazine. In the article, Ms. Low covers the how both the DOJ and SEC have, in the last couple of years, "...consciously adopted a policy, for deterrence reasons, of targeting individuals, particularly high-level individuals in companies.
