Steptoe Clients Now a Family

The Washington Post article, "At the End of a Long Road, A Family Finally Is Formed," highlighted those involved in the 411 DC adoptions completed this year at the 19th Annual National Adoption Day celebration.

Sandy Chamblee and David Rifkind helped create a family.  Brianna McDowell Johnson, age 3, was featured on the front page of the Sunday, November 21, 2005, Washington Post, as she and her new parents, Robert and Carolyn Johnson, approached the Judge during a ceremony legalizing her adoption.

Steptoe was praised for agreeing to take on an additional six cases within the next year.
