Sara Beth Watson Clarifies Brownfields 2005

Sara Beth Watson spoke at the Brownfields 2005 EPA National Conference. Her presentation, "Bona Fide Prospective Purchasers Cleaning Up Their Own Property," addressed redevelopment regarding purchasing and cleaning up contaminated property.

On November 16, 2005, Ms. Watson was part of a panel for the ABA's Quick Teleconference: "EPA’s 'All Appropriate Inquiries' Final Rule" sponsored by the Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources’ Environmental Transactions and Brownfields Committee. Her presentation was "All Appropriate Inquiry: The New Rules."
