Steptoe Team Pursues Telsim Claim

The Motorola/Telsim team, led by Howard Stahl and Steve Davidson, has recently won additional major victories in pursuing Motorola's claim against Telsim.  Steve Davidson and Tom Sprange handled evidentiary hearings that resulted in a $2.5 billion arbitral award in Zurich. The team–including John O'Connor, Michael Baratz, Frank "T.J." Griffin, Andrew Gilliland, Amy Lester, and David Noel—obtained injunctions freezing Telsim's roaming and interconnect revenues in the United States and the United Kingdom. Further proceedings are planned in other countries.
