Jack Hayes and Andy Irwin will co-present a seminar on ITAR Compliance and Audits at the Contract Compliance Week sponsored by Federal Publications Seminars in October in Washington, DC.  Among other topics, a seminar will focus on preparation of the draft preliminary, disclosure, development of the investigative work plan, settlement strategies and consent agreements, and long term compliance strategies.  This program is eligible for CLE and CPE credits.
