Mark J. Silverman, Aaron P. Nocjar, and Lisa M. Zarlenga in 16th Annual ALI-ABA Consolidated Tax Return Regulations Study/Webcast

On October 1-2, Mark J. Silverman, Aaron P. Nocjar, and Lisa M. Zarlenga participated at the 16th Annual ALI-ABA Consolidated Tax Return Regulations Study/Webcast at the Hilton Washington Embassy Row. Mark chaired the study, which focused on the Unified Loss Rule and Intercompany Transactions. This annual advanced course of study, comprising 13 hours of instruction, explored the policy and mechanics of these regulations. Aaron and Lisa participated as faculty and spoke on Consolidated Group Joint Ventures, including One-Party Limited Liability Companies.
