LES Benelux - Licensing Course 2009

Yves Botteman will be speaking at LES Benelux - Licensing Course 2009 on "The Impact of EU Competition Law on Intellectual Property Licenses." The course spans across two days with the first day covering intellectual property protection, due diligence, licensing, as well as a negotiations case study, and the second day holds a licence drafting workshop.
