Floyd Bienstock Speaks on Bad Faith

On March 29, 2004, Phoenix partner Floyd Bienstock will be speaking for the defense on "Making and Breaking Allegations of Institutional Bad Faith" at the 10th National Litigating Bad Faith and Punitive Damages conference in San Francisco.
