Dr. Anna Gergely and Darren Abrahams Present at the PVC Plasticisers 2010 Conference

On February 10th and 11th, Dr. Anna Gergely and Darren Abrahams, from Steptoe's Brussels office, will both make presentations to the PVC Plasticisers 2010 conference. Dr. Gergely will provide a regulatory review for food contact applications as well as an assessment of future developments and challenges. Mr. Abrahams will explain the various mechanism under REACH for companies to challenge adverse decisions, and the new rules for bringing actions before the Court of Justice of the European Union. The conference will be held in Brussels, Belgium.
