Susan Munro to Speak at China Mergers and Acquisitions 2010 Seminar

Susan Munro of Steptoe's Washington office will speak at the China Mergers and Acquisitions 2010 seminar. Her topic is "Foreign Access to China M&A - Current M&A Structures and Regulatory Environment," during which she'll discuss acquisitions of domestic companies, new tax laws affecting foreign related M&A, and which regulations are in the pipeline for 2010 and 2011. Susan will be speaking at the Hong Kong location on March 15th and the Shanghai location on March 26th.
