University of Chester's Food and Environmental Science Week

Dr. Anna Gergely will participate in the University of Chester's Food and Environmental Science Week taking place March 22nd – March 26th. The last two days will be devoted to a nanotechnology workshop targeting food industries. During that time, Dr. Gergely will evaluate the regulatory considerations of using nanotechnology in the food industry within Europe.
