"Investor-State Arbitration in Latin America: Recent Issues and Future Prospects" Seminar in Mexico City

Lucinda Low will speak at the "Investor-State Arbitration in Latin America: Recent Issues and Future Prospects" session sponsored by IBA, ICC, ICC Mexico and the Mexican Bar Association. Lucinda will be speaking on "Practical Issues in Investor-State Arbitration," specifically regarding disclosure duties and conflicts of interest in international arbitration. The session will be held in Mexico City on June 14 and will be translated into both Spanish and English.
