Jose Gonzalez-Magaz Presents at the 4th Annual Colloquium on Competition Law in Buenos Aires

Jose Gonzalez-Magaz gave a presentation on the US Department of Justice's Leniency Program at the 4th Colloquium on Competition Law on October 16, 2009. In his presentation entitled, "Programa de Clemencia del Departamento de Justicia (Division de Competencia) de EEUU," Mr. Gonzalez-Magaz discussed various aspects and the history of leniency programs in the US and commented on recent cases. The conference took place in Bueno Aires, Argentina.
