Andy Irwin and Mike Navarre Speak at Industry Summit on DoD Contracting

Andy Irwin and Mike Navarre, along with Ted Timberlake, Vice President, General Counsel and Director of Contracts for Global Strategies Group (Integrated Security) Inc., will speak on June 24, 2010 at a workshop on "Battlefield Contracting from A to Z: Complying with Special DFARS Clauses and New Requirements for Iraq & Afghanistan."  The workshop is being held as part of the American Conference Institute's Industry Summit on DoD Contracting in Arlington, Virginia. 

On June 23, Andy, along with Rodney A. Grandon, Director of the Air Force Office of the General Counsel's Office of Procurement Fraud Remedies, will discuss recent changes in the False Claims Act and other DoD contractor compliance initiatives during a session of the Industry Summit entitled "Enforcement and Penalty Overview: The Costs of Non-Compliance."  The session will provide practical advice on managing compliance issues and dealing with the current compliance environment.
