Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 2010, The Practising Law Institute

Lucinda Low will co-chair the Practising Law Institute's 2010 program on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, being held on May 19, 2010 in New York City and various webcast locations. Lucinda will moderate two panels featuring Mark Mendelsohn at the U.S. Department of Justice. The first panel will discuss the key developments on the enforcement front -- both in emerging markets and in the so-called "supply side" countries.  Later in the day, she will lead a panel on enforcement trends in the US.
