Frank Burke Co-Chairs Conference

Frank Burke served as Program Co-Chair and Speaker at the Seventh Annual Electronic Discovery and Records Retention Conference, sponsored by Glasser LegalWorks.  It was presented on October 9 at the Metropolitan Hotel in New York City and on November 14 at the West Chicago City Center in Chicago.  He spoke on the Discoverability of Computerized Information, specifically: "In the Wake of Zubulake: New Judicial Approaches and Their Implications for Litigants and Their Lawyers," and "Audits and Preservation: How to Manage Electronic Data, Control Costs and Avoid Spoliation."
