Mr. Schill is an experienced international trade and patent litigator with more than 35 years of law firm, corporate, and government experience, including service as a Senior Staff Attorney in the Office of Legal Services and the Office of General Counsel at the US International Trade Commission (USITC). During his career, Mr. Schill has successfully argued a patent case before the US Supreme Court, and has been counsel on more than 87 unfair trade practice cases under Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 at the USITC. Of those 87 cases, Mr. Schill has handled 54 while in private practice and won or favorably settled all but two. |

Mr. Kuo’s practice focuses primarily on assisting with patent infringement cases and intellectual property licensing and counseling, including actions arising under Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 before the US International Trade Commission.
Mr. Kuo draws upon years of experiences practicing law in
Taiwan and representing clients in cases involving intellectual property and a wide range of technologies including: computer software/hardware devices; semiconductors; computer networking; consumer electronic devices; and power electronics.
Prior to joining Steptoe, Mr. Kuo worked as Senior Legal Counsel of Inventec Corporation, primarily representing the company in technology-oriented transactions, intellectual property licensing and litigations. Mr. Kuo also worked as an associate at a prominent
