"Battlespace and Contingency Contracting," International Contracting Week

Andy Irwin and Mike Navarre will discuss "Battlespace and Contingency Contracting," during this year's International Contracting Week. The half day session, which will take place on October 29, will focus on unique contract requirements in contingency contracting, USG audit and oversight issues, special considerations when contracting or subcontracting for private security, international regulatory compliance considerations (e.g., export controls, anti-corruption rules), and accountability rules pertaining to contractors and their employees’ conduct in support of these contracts.  To learn more about the conference, click here.
