Guy Soussan Speaks at European 2010 Captive Forum in Luxembourg

Guy Soussan was a panelist on two sessions at the European 2010 Captive Forum in Luxembourg on October 19-20, which was attended by 150 European captive owners. Mr. Soussan was joined by the Executive Chairman of JLT and Alternative Risk Manager of SNC-Lavalin in the first session titled “How to Run a Captive—Impact of CEF Legislation and State Aid Rules.” His other presentation, "Solvency II—Threat to Offshore Captives?" was presented with executives from Willis as well as speakers from the Cayman Islands and Bermuda.
