Seth Watkins on Teleconference Panel

On Thursday, April 27, 2006, from 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. EST, Seth Watkins will be part of a panel discussing the US Patent and Trademark Office's recently introduced proposed rule package, "Changes to Practice for Continuing Applications," that limit patent application prosecution.
