Lucinda Low, Phil West Featured at ABA Spring Meeting

Lucinda Low and Phil West are speaking at the ABA Section of International Law's 2006 Spring Meeting.

On April 4, 2006, Lucinda Low is speaking on "Ladders and Leaders: Women in the Legal Profession," in an interactive discussion with female attorneys who are leaders in their fields. The moderator, a top headhunter, will discuss the personality traits and work experience desired by corporations seeking women lawyers to sit on corporate boards and advisory committees.

On April 7, 2006, Phil West is on a panel, "International Cooperation in Tax Enforcement." Eminent tax practitioners consider issues such as tax authorities’ increasing mutual cooperation and evaluating taxpayer information confidentiality. Another issue is developing accounting and disclosure standards, raising important public international law issues.
